Why Everyone Should Play Tennis
I think that everyone should play tennis BECAUSE OF MY THREE MAIN POINTS. IT HELPS KEEP YOU FIT, IT IS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY AND MIND AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST TENNIS HAS A VERY LOW RISK OF BEING INJURED COMPARED WITH OTHER SPORTS SUCH AS SOCCER AND RUGBY.
THEREFORE MY FIRST MAIN POINT IS TENNIS KEEPS YOU FIT. MY FIRST EXAMPLE IS THAT YOU ONLY NEED TO DO 20 MINUTES OF EXERCISE A DAY AND TENNIS GAMES ARE AROUND ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES LONG. MY SECOND EXAMPLE IS THAT TENNIS IS KNOWN TO REDUCE QUITE A LOT OF BODY FAT.
SECONDLY TENNIS IS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY AND MIND. MY FIRST EXAMPLE IS TENNIS IS GOOD BECAUSE IT HELPS WITH THE MENTAL GAME AND YOUR BODY LANGUAGE. MY SECOND EXAMPLE IS IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE, HOW TALL YOU ARE OR HOW SMALL YOU ARE YOU CAN STILL PLAY TENNIS.
THIRDLY TENNIS HAS A VERY LOW RISK OF BEING INJURED COMPARED WITH OTHER SPORTS THEREFORE MY FIRST EXAMPLE IS THAT IF YOU WERE PLAYING SOCCER SOMEONE COULD STAND ON YOUR FOOT OR YOU LEG OR EVEN SMASH YOUR HEAD INTO THE POST. MY SECOND EXAMPLE IS IF YOU WERE PLAYING RUGBY YOU CAN CRACK YOUR HEAD OPEN OR BREAK A BONE.
IN CONCLUSION I THINK THAT EVERYONE SHOULD PLAY TENNIS BECAUSE OF MY THREE MAIN POINTS, TENNIS KEEPS YOU FIT, IT’S GOOD FOR YOUR BODY AND MIND AND FINALLY IT HAS A VERY LOW RISK OF BEING INJURED . THAT’S WHY I BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD PLAY TENNIS.
